Setter Sands for Electronics

Manufactured from Zircoa's own Zirconium Oxide and Engineered for Consistent Results

Used for the bulk firing of multilayer ceramic capacitors and other electronic ceramics. Zircoa's process yields a zirconia setter sand with a controlled particle size distribution, chemistry, and microstructure. Our standard size is Tyler mesh -48 +100. Custom sizes and chemistries are available upon request.
