Barium Titanate Capacitors, Thermistors
and PZT Piezoelectrics

Zircoa has the setter plates and discs that will stand-up to temperatures above 1288°C (2350°F), with no material reaction. Plates and discs are available in various standard dimensions, or can be made to your specific requirements.

Composition1661 — Recommended for initial testing. 1661 is a -28 Tyler mesh partially stabilized zirconia, used by the majority of Zircoa customers.

Technical Ceramics, including Seal and Regulator Discs

Working in close cooperation with our customers, we develop special shapes of saggers and plates, adapting them to satisfy the requirements of their production facilities, processes, and equipment. A range of standard sizes are also available.

Spark Plug Insulators

Grinding Media

Ferrite and Electronic Components

This specialized kiln furniture includes: shuttles, profiled slabs, supports, ribbed slabs, pusher slabs, frames, covers and so on. Available in a range of sizes. Contact us regarding any special requirements or shapes.

• Durital E80BH - Up to 1650°C (3002°F)
• Durital A90B - Up to 1670°C (3038°F) optimized for pusher slabs

High Voltage Insulators

Column systems, support slabs and kiln furniture for sintering high voltage insulators. A protection layer provides extraordinary resistance to oxidation, extending product life.

Under proper conditions this material can be expected to last up to 8 years (or more) without significant change in dimension or relevant physical characteristics.

• Carsial 90 - Up to 1520°C (2768°F)
