Zircoa excess inventory refractory and ceramic products were manufactured under the same “ISO 9001:2008 with Design” Certified, quality management system as any others ordered under a standard purchase agreement.

Zircoa’s excess inventory results from a number of factors, including:

• Failure Rate - The inherent nature of the firing process requires a failure rate to be factored-into the green piece count. After firing and a completed piece count adjustment, any remaining factored-in product becomes excess inventory.
• Cancelled Orders - Many of our refractory and ceramic products are manufactured to serve broader, application or industry requirements. As a result, cancelled order items are often easily used by other businesses within that industry. Cancelled order products, fitting these broader application or industry requirements, become excess inventory.

Availability of Zircoa excess inventory refractory and ceramic products is not guaranteed and is subject to change at any time without notice. Zircoa excess inventory refractory and ceramic products are available on a first come, first served basis. Special orders, or special terms, are not available at the excess inventory’s reduced price.
